Description

The Sales and Growth Executive will spearhead the companys revenue generation strategies by driving sales growth through effective relationshipbuilding and solutionbased sales. This role focuses on acquiring new customers nurturing longterm client relationships and implementing product solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate will be adept in farming existing accounts managing inbound and outbound sales activities and providing exceptional product solutions to clients.



Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in ecommerce sales business development or a related role with a focus on relationship marketing and solution selling.
  • Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms like Amazon Flipkart Shopify etc.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO PPC and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools for pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at driving online revenue growth including farming existing accounts and acquiring new customers through various online channels.

    Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with existing clients and partners. Focus on increasing customer retention through personalized service regular touchpoints and strategic product recommendations.

    Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions that maximize value and foster longterm business relationships.

    Efficiently manage the sales pipeline tracking leads prospects and opportunities using CRM tools to ensure consistent progress and followups.

    Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach cold calls emails and networking to generate qualified leads and drive new business opportunities.

    Work closely with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns promotions and product launches ensuring they align with sales strategies to drive conversions and brand growth.

    Monitor sales performance and trends providing regular updates on lead generation sales conversion rates and revenue progress. Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and optimize strategies.

    Stay informed about market trends customer needs and competitor activities. Utilize this information to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Ensure seamless order fulfillment and work closely with customer support and operations teams to address any customer inquiries or issues promptly enhancing the overall customer experience.

    Strategize and execute sales activities through events trade shows and other promotional efforts aimed at enhancing visibility and driving customer engagement.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales and managing key accounts in the ecommerce sector.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with broader marketing efforts.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management including account farming and customer retention strategies.
