CONTENT&MARKETING
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Built customer confidence and loyalty.
- Identify possible cross branding and partner alliance.
- Source potential sponsorship opportunities, 3rd party endorsements and partner alliances.
- Ensure that all employees implement and follow the Corporate Identity & Culture guidelines.
- Coordinate public relations and media campaigns, draft press releases, editorial and media briefings.
- Maintain contacts with the local media, and internationals business aviation publications.
- Secure possible media interviews and features with relevant niche target audience.
- Implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies.
- Assist with the Crisis Management & Communications Plan; assign roles of responsibility in case of an emergency to coordinate PR & Communications tasks.
DATA MANAGEMENT
- Manage CRM / Database for Newsletter distribution.
- Manage classified listing in all relevant aviation platforms, such as Air Charter Guide, AINonline, Avinode.
- Compile a customer profile for each business segment to identify marketing opportunities, to increase sales, market share, revenue and profitability for each segment, i.e.
- VIP Charter / Group / Corporate Charter
- Cargo Charter
- Medivac / Air Ambulance
- Long-term contracts for Oil & Gas / Marine & Offshore industries
- Ad-Hoc and Seasonal High Yield temporary aircraft leasing
- Aircraft Sales & Acquisition / Aircraft Leasing
- Flight Ops (Flight Permits, Fueling, Catering)
- Specialist Solutions (Spare Parts, FBO, Ground Handling, Concierge Services)
SOCIAL & DIGITAL MEDIA
- Draft new Social Media strategies.
- Explore new digital marketing and social media channels.
- Increasing Social Media presence, likes and followers.
- Monitor SM analytics, compile sales & marketing reports.
- Create new and creative content, photo and video material.
- Create Social Media posts, blogs and periodical e-newsletter.
- Manage and update website and social media content.
- Actively generate contacts with international and regional government offices, aviation professionals, charter brokers, tour & charter operators, travel media, corporates C-suite executives, HNI, multinational corporations, healthcare management, individual aircraft owners, VIP terminal & FBO facilities to increase our corporate awareness viasocial media, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, Twitter, YouTube.
Requirements
- Ideally at least 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
- A degree in marketing, social media or communication is desirable.
- Proven experienceand strong technical knowledgeinKeyword research, Data analysis, WordPress, Google Analytics, blogging for SEO, and social media (both paid & organic).
- Proven knowledgeof video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
- Background in the Aviation is desirable.
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
- Applied knowledge on Digital Marketing Essentials.
- Good MS Office skills, including Excel, and other sales tools & software/apps.
- Additional languages such as Arabic and/or German a plus.
- Must possess strong business communication and consultation skills, verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
- Must have a positive outlook and a strong passion for success.
- Must be flexiblewith the ability to react quickly to the operational needs, work effectively in time-critical situations.
- Ability to develop close relationships at operational and executive levels.
