Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Business and Technology stakeholders to understand the linkage between the various reference data like Product, Raw material, Vendor, Recipe, Store...
• Study the impact of change across systems and cost control management
• Document the current state reference data management process, stakeholder and governance.
• Define the target state reference data management process and governance model with core team based on industry best practice
• Define the System of record, system of reference and golden record for the reference data.
• Define the necessary workflow and process to maintain the reference data.
• Recommend processes to manage reference data changes across Legacy ERP, PoS systems and Crunch Time
• Solicitation of data governance process and data management communication protocol.
• Prepare report of reference data update status and share with stakeholders for action.
