Job Description

-Build a technology strategy for the organization, To design a technology blue print for the company. -Building an IT team capable of sustaining all operation requirements on an in-house basis ,To ensure that projects function within specified timelines with clear accountabilities and roles for each team member. - Bring down IT downtime. To ensure process implementation across departments and minimal system outages. -Bring down manpower cost .To report progress against targets, and key cost parameters and identify ways of minimizing costs. -Bring down systemic errors Identify and select the right platforms, plugins and technology partners that enable Digitization Ensure all existing system problems are mitigated by the new technology solutions. -Plan & Manage IT support ,Manage Hardware Inventory, allocation and de-allocation Asset Purchases, Maintenance, New location IT set-up, Issue Resolutions and Troubleshooting.
