System Operator

Responsibilities:

• Upon request from concerned stakeholder with regards to system logs, coordinate with maintenance team in collecting system logs ensuring compliance with collection timeframe

• Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders as per the instructions from appointed center manager or appointed representative

• Performing system checks with the On-Site Engineer and/or On-Site Technician

• Coordinate the reporting of faults of out-station and in-station equipment with the designated departments or other agencies.

• Check the status of any previously reported faults

• Check the current operating status of the Intersections and Pedestrian Crossings
