Supervise production teams and team leaders
• Supervise production staff to ensure efficiency, quality, cleanliness, organization, and proficiency
• Create daily production sheets, reschedule sheets, party check-off sheets and recovery sheets
• Take lead of monthly inventory, checking of variances with cost controller and management team
• Control of daily raw materials ordering to minimize wastage and maintain the cost by maintaining Par stock level
