Clinic Manager

Our client is a newly established healthcare clinic specializing in wellness and holistic treatments.

As part of their new team, we are recruiting an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the clinic administration and operations including setting up the new facilities.

Role Summary

• Develop, implement and manage systems, processes and statutory and company policies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinic to ensure the highest standard of patient care that exceeds clients’ expectations.
• Lead people and HR related matters including recruitment, training and development and performance management of non-clinical employees.
• Deal effectively with client issues and patient complaints.
• Work with the clinical and marketing teams to increase patient registration and optimize revenue growth.
• Source, select and manage vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all statutory health, safety and quality standards are met within the clinics.
• Preparation and management of budgets.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Clinic Manager in the UAE achieving KPIs and managing diverse teams to achieve clinical excellence.
• Proficient use of MS Office and electronic patient databases.
• Ability to achieve clinical excellence through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
• Fluency in English and Arabic – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Arabic
• High level of leadership and professionalism with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Education

• Bachelor Degree is mandatory, preferably in a healthcare related subject
