Where Do You Fit In?

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Graduate Engineer - PMT to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will train with experienced technology specialists and account managers.A critical part of the Career Development Program for Chemical Engineers is the training, which prepares individuals for working in the field or in a sales role with UOP customers worldwide.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

• Train under technology specialists to understand core UOP technologies.
• Provide office-based troubleshooting assistance to commercial units.
• Assist in preparation and updating of GOM, process technology manuals and training materials
• Participate in customer technical meetings and present data review findings and recommendations for improvements
• Provide support to UOP sales team through customer visits, technical presentations, and customer symposia.
• Work with account managers in driving a strong management operating system focused on understanding complete Honeywell footprint and share of wallet within each account.
• Support account managers in development of Sales Account plans for key Middle East customers.
• Assist Sales Account Manager in drafting technical & commercial proposals for all the UOP product offerings
• Shadow Sales Account Manager and participate in customer meetings and issue meeting notes.

Skills

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills
• A strong academic performance and career interest in sales/marketing or technical services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen
• Promote teamwork, diversity, and integrity
• Open to learning and exploring a variety of technical and sales business areas
• Flexibility to work hours that are dictated by customer requirements and assignment scope
• Must be a UAE National
