• Provide customer with functional assistance as well as training
• Responding to Support Tickets and providing solutions
• Possibility of travelling to clients' offices in the APAC region to provide on-site training
• Direct coordination with developers and follow ups
• Support the sales team during pre-sales
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Documentation of the requirements of Customers, & Coordinating with technical consultants and developers for its implementation
