Staff Nurse - Inpatient

Our client, a large medical facility, is currently looking for Staff Nurse in their Inpatient department, to based in Dubai. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Integrates nursing interventions into the multidisciplinary plan of care, incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

- Implements safe, competent, and efficient patient care within policies, procedures and standards, and interventions as noted on the multidisciplinary plan of care.

- Assumes responsibility and accountability for effectively managing nursing care of individual patients/families as a team member.

- Assesses physical and psychosocial needs of patients and families.

- Implements appropriate nursing intervention

- Works proactively and throughout patient/family stay to assure to assure timely discharge.

- Takes time every shift to determine patient/family needs, wants and priorities.

- Contributes to and supports the effective management of the unit/clinic

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing

- With valid license from home country

- Eligible to work in Dubai; having DHA license

- At least 2 years of experience in a large hospital within Inpatient Department

- Willing to work in Dubai

- Willing to work for 48 hours in one week

- Willing to do on-calls / Overtime / Night shifts, if highly needed
