سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني– To source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and developers to assess and to commit them to sales/leasing transactions
– To evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
– To maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, investors, tenants, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing one
– To conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments
– To prepare ads for open houses and listings and carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants
– To conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
– To negotiate a price with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain
– To prepare documents such as Purchase Agreements, Closing Statements, Deeds and Leases
– To attend to inquiries of leasing, sale, resale, and property valuation
– To build awareness and knowledge of the property market in Dubai and study factors influencing property market
– To collect full details of property which includes photo shooting and arranging viewings
– To attend Property Exhibitions and lunching events
– To keep up to date with the UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors, and marketing activities
– To achieve sales targets set by the company
– To develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
Educational Qualification:
– Bachelor/Diploma degree in Business Administration as a minimum;
Special Certifications:
– UAE Driving License plus
– RERA Certification is a plus
Experience:
– 2-4 years of experience in real estate brokerage
– Experience in the following is desirable:
Dubai market
Clients listing
Property pricing
– Hands-on experience with real estate portals as Property Finder and Dubizzle
– Knowledge of RERA & Ejari rules and regulations
– Experience in Residential & Commercial property leasing & sales
– English proficiency
