LMS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR & MARKETING

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Train LMS users according to their specific access levels
• Assist learners with troubleshooting issues in accessing and leveraging learning resources.
• Maintain content within the LMS by creating and uploading modules and courses, granting access and role-based user permissions, updating course content, and running reports
• Cultivate and maintain a good relationship with internal and external IT system support resources
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with our internal partners across the business
• Send emails to clients about the webinar and system login credentials

DLS OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR

• Handle all enquiries and clients feedbacks.
• Manage contacts and mailing lists through customer relationship management software.
• Maintain and update Invoice Register and Payment Tracker.
• Prepare and send Confirmation of Registration.
• Prepare and send Invoice to customers & Sending payment reminders.
• Send email notifications to participants on course postponement, change of webinar details, etc.
• Prepare month-end supporting documents to raise invoice for collecting of Funds.
