Job Description:
? Coordinate with the whole medical team to achieve the daily goals and overall mission of a long term care facility
? Ensure all medical staff complies with facility policies and regulations
? Assist HR in recruitment and operation management for physicians, nurses, paramedics and other staff needed
? Develop cooperation between physicians, nurses, medical and administrative departments – this includes adequate training and competencies
? Coordinate real time issues and submit bi-weekly admin reports to the CEO

Qualifications:
? Open to any nationality
? Female, 40 years old and below
? At least 5 years of experience in the same role
? Must have a valid DHA license
