Selected responsibilities include:
• Handling corporate transactions
• Handling banking transactions
• Disputes management
• Labour law issues
• Negotiation of commercial contracts
Candidates with experience of international jurisdictions combined with UAE laws would be most desirable.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered you must:
• Have at least 8 years of legal experience
• Have demonstrable expertise within the banking/FS sector ideally from a well known bank
• Have the agility and flexibility to handle a range of work not just banking transactions
• Be on the ground in the UAE already
