Analyze information on projectstatus, risks, issues and dependencies Analysis and reporting of project status, compliance, andperformance against defined KPIs using the PMO tools anddata Manage project budgets using standardexcel budget tracker Consolidate all Project Status Reports to be delivered to
• Program Managers and Senior management IT program background. Understandsservice management process eg incident, escalation Experience in Reporting & Excellent presentationskills Create trend analysis and raises earlywarning signs for deviations and expected delays, budget overruns,quality deviations or scope creep
