What you will be doing:
• You ll be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand
• You ll coordinate your daily schedule independently, and you ll honour agreements even when your appointments diary and email inbox are full
• You ll send out mailshots, coordinate photoshoots, deal with blogger queries and conduct tours of the building
• You ll support various projects in the hotel such as social media events or PR initiatives, and you ll pitch in when one of your colleagues from the events team is on leave
• You ll take care of the guests at our events hand in glove with your colleagues and from early till late
Your experience and skills include:
• You ve had professional experience in a similar role in the events sector, and you speak good English
• You have the ability to get people excited about our concept, and you re a passionate salesperson
• You re a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
• You ve knowledge in Opera PMS, web and Microsoft office programmes
