Projects Executive

The position will deliver on the overall corporate strategy and KPIs of the organisation and ensure that the programmes, projects and initiatives are accomplished successfully as per the relevant work procedures.

The function also requires the management of the office by providing information management and admin support, maintain stakeholder engagement, ensure good use of time and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

The ultimate role is to enable, facilitate and drive the overarching strategy of the organisation. Build capacity, strengthen weaknesses, eliminate inefficiencies and identify issues and help with providing solutions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

Proven work experience as a Project Executive or similar role

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner

Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)

BSc in Business Administration or related field

PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
