Assistant Security Manager

As a Assistant Security Manager, you will lead your team to create great working environment in the hotel in coordination with the other Head of Departments and General Manager. You will ensure the safety of Guests, Team Members and Hotel property through a professional and efficient daily operation. The service must be sincere, warm and with enthusiastic ensuring that all guests have quality security and safety systems available to them. Sets an example in regards to punctuality, appearance, courtesy, performance, attitude, leadership, guest relationship, observance of the house rules, loyalty to Management and inter-department cooperation. You should take the time to get to know the guests and be committed to service excellence, promote feedback with the team and anticipate the guest's needs and be committed to service excellence. Being entrepreneurial and thinking beyond the boundaries are expected and not requested. You will be in charge of developing security measures and assuring the overall security of all guest and employees in the hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Adhere to the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach Residence grooming and appearance standards.

• Liaise and with Management as well as employees and assist with security problems and loss control.

• Develop ideas on increasing guest satisfaction.
