Ensure the daily BAU activities daily staff attendance Time Logger targets met alerts for review quality issues training assigned are completed as required Reviewing investigating name screening List Matching alerts generated by the compliance system on a daily basis project related and carrying out follow-up with Branches Business Units where required for the necessary doc information in a timely professional and efficient manner Meet Quality levels for reviewing and processing alerts as described in the Customer screening Procedure Manual Immediately escalate to Business Country

Compliance on the True Potential Matches for further action Maintaining accurate and meaningful MI Daily for personal productivity as instructed on all aspects related to customer screening alerts within the expected timelines Ensure all requests from Team Leader Manager are met within the prescribed timelines and agreed quality levels Providing assistance to the management on any ad-hoc

Compliance projects and investigations Ensure that the QA INA observations if any are promptly resolved and updated in the system as instructed by the management within the agreed TAT Ensure any system related issues software hardware are highlighted to the management immediately raised with IT including follow-up for prompt resolution

Ensure participation to any system related enhancement UAT assigned by the management and is carried out as per the required quality standards and within the timelines
