• Responsible for the day-to-day office administration tasks
• Receive all incoming work orders/purchase orders and ensure that they are correctly recorded
• Prepare invoices to Clients correctly and issued by the due date
• Process and issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Maintain strategic stock levels
• Monitor online orders & ensure delivery times are met
• Handle customer requests, returns, or exchanges
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts & suppliers
