PROJECT MANAGER

• Supervision of day-to-day operations of the pavilion in regard to security, safety, crowd control management, hygiene, media & VIP reception

• He reports to the Commissioner or his/her designate

• He is the key contact and is responsible for all co-ordination works with the respective Expo Organiser and Commissioner in facilitating all necessary works and programme with the Pavilion

• He will be responsible for anything that happens with the Pavilion including on-site management, VIP reception, events on-site, safety of Pavilion and visitors and crowd control

• Should any staff encounter any problems or challenges that they are unable to resolve at their level, they are to report to the PM
