We are looking for an amazing individual to join our dynamic team as Specialist FrontEnd Developer to drive the development of cuttingedge solutions and shape the future of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FrontEnd architectures and technologies strong technical skills and Flutter experience. You will join one of our feature squads (payment onboarding trading) and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers developers and solutions architects to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience. This role reports to the Technical Lead of one of our feature squads and is based in Dubai.
- Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient frontend services using Flutter within an eventdriven architecture to support our consumer app including handson coding code reviews and troubleshooting to ensure the timely delivery of highquality software solutions
- Architect design and implement userfriendly interfaces and features.
- Provide Mentorship and codereviews to mid and junior level frontend developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment best practices in code quality and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with designers to create pixelperfect UI/UX components.
- Work closely with product managers to understand and implement feature requirements.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of the platform.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in software engineering including agile development automated testing continuous integration and SRE (monitoring observability logging).

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in frontend development and Flutter.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues providing timely resolutions.
- Participate in the entire app lifecycle from concept and design to testing and release.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including specifications and development guidelines.
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience 3 years minimum) working as a Senior FrontEnd Developer or similar role preferably in the development of mission critical systems or financial applications.
- Strong proficiency in web development technologies (Flutter React ....
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement them effectively.
- Proficient in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and create a scalable frontend architecture.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
- Experience working with datastores of any kind (RDBMS NoSQL KeyValue Queue Management
- Experience with microservices architecture containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and REST API design.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
- Strong focus on security and application performance.
- Data driven with a solid experience measuring performance of the applications (observability)
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience working on a B2C application is a strong plus
- Familiarity with trading or financial applications and their specific requirements
