Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Sales Support professional to join our team at a leading metal and steel supplier company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience preferably with a background in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive team managing schedules communications and correspondence.
Coordinate sales operations including order processing customer inquiries and followups.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations reports and documents.
Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of products.
Handle daytoday office tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working with oil and gas companies is highly preferred.
Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
