We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our hospitality team. This role places a high priority on guest satisfaction making it a great opportunity for anyone with strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this job is to offer exceptional customer service that exceeds our guests expectations and create a welcoming environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction manage reservations handle inquiries and coordinate with various departments to enhance the guest experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handling all reservations promptly and efficiently
- Managing guest inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintaining a welcoming friendly environment for all guests
- Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless service
- Ensuring attention to detail in all assigned tasks
- Using superior problemsolving skills to handle any guestrelated issues
- Communicating effectively with guests and team members

- Proven experience in a customeroriented role
