We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive real estate sales. This role requires expertise in paid media strategy lead generation and datadriven decisionmaking to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Plan develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads TikTok Snapchat YouTube and LinkedIn to generate highquality real estate leads.
- Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and craft effective ad strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
- Optimize ad campaigns for lead generation engagement and conversion using A/B testing and performance analytics.
- Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR CPA ROAS CPL etc. and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling copy that resonate with UAE real estate buyers.
- Stay updated with real estate digital marketing trends competitor strategies and platform updates to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently scaling campaigns profitably while maintaining optimal cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Generate detailed performance reports and insights to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in UAE real estate marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads Facebook & Instagram Ads TikTok Ads Snapchat Ads and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM PPC advertising and retargeting strategies.
- Handson experience with Google Analytics Facebook Business Manager and ad performance tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and apply insights for optimization and scaling.
- Excellent knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with design sales and development teams.
- Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market buyer behavior and competitive marketing strategies.
