Location: UAE
Job Description:
The Bid & Project Manager will oversee the execution of railway engineering projects ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Hitachi Rails operational standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management and risk assessment expertise.
Responsibilities:
Develop bid proposals cost estimations and project roadmaps.
Ensure compliance with PMBOK PRINCE2 or PMI methodologies.
Manage contractual financial and technical risks.
Coordinate between suppliers subcontractors and clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelors/Masters in Business Engineering or Project Management.
510 years of experience in railway metro or infrastructure projects.
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Additional Information :
Experience working in multinational environments preferred.
