We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Landscape Architect (UAE National) with 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about landscape design sustainability and urban planning and has a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with senior designers engineers and clients to contribute to the development of highquality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept to construction documentation.
- Prepare drawings plans and renderings using AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Suite and other relevant software.
- Conduct site analysis research materials and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and stakeholders to support project execution.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates specifications and construction documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends materials and best practices in sustainable landscape design.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Wellingness to learn and teamship
- 12 years of professional experience in landscape architecture urban design or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of GIS Rhino or Revit is a plus.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of planting design grading and drainage principles.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
