We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with 34 years of real estate experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media. The ideal candidate will execute PPC social media and display ad campaigns ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation. This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads LinkedIn Ads and datadriven performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimize PPC social media and display ad campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising on Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok LinkedIn and real estate portals.
- Monitor campaign performance optimize ad spend and ensure high ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives copy and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Track key performance metrics and analyze audience insights.
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track conversions and user behavior.
- Perform keyword and competitor analysis using SEMrush.
- Create detailed performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets across platforms.
- Implement bid strategies to improve ad visibility and lead generation.
- Identify new advertising opportunities and test emerging trends in digital marketing.
- Utilize Zoho CRM (or similar platforms) for lead tracking and campaign performance analysis.
- Work closely with the sales team to align advertising strategies with lead conversion goals
