Position: Maintenance TechnicianMechanical Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of integrated facility management services in the UAE. We specialize in providing comprehensive maintenance solutions for commercial residential and industrial properties. Our team of skilled technicians and engineers are committed to delivering highquality services to our clients. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance TechnicianMechanical to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have at least 45 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps motors HVAC systems and other related equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication filter changes and belt replacements. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Coordinate with other technicians and contractors for complex repairs and installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Assist in the procurement of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 45 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and be oncall for emergency repairs. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary of AED 4270 per month.
