Used Car Operations Specialist

Permanent Position: Used Car Operations Specialist Company Overview: Freelancerprox is a leading online platform for freelancers and businesses to connect and collaborate on projects. Our company is based in Al Ain Abu Dhabi and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Used Car Operations Specialist to join our team. Position Overview: As a Used Car Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of our used car marketplace. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for buying and selling used cars on our platform. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process of buying and selling used cars on our platform from listing to delivery Manage and maintain relationships with car dealerships and individual sellers Conduct market research to determine pricing and demand for different types of used cars Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or pricing adjustments Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of purchased cars Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to used car transactions Keep track of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management Train and supervise new team members as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of the used car market and industry trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English Arabic is a plus We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for growth and development within a fastgrowing company Dynamic and collaborative work environment Supportive and inclusive company culture Fulltime permanent position with flexible working hours If you are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong background in operations we would love to hear from you!
