We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing highquality meals following recipes and ensuring excellent food presentation while maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook various dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure food quality taste and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Manage food inventory storage and ingredient ordering.
- Monitor and control food costs and minimize waste.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours and busy services.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and helpers when necessary.
- Adapt to special dietary requests and customer preferences.

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 25 years UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of various cuisines (e.g. Arabic Continental Asian Italian etc.).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food safety hygiene and HACCP regulations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification is an advantage.
