Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Grade 4 English Teacher for one of our reputed school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills including reading writing grammar and comprehension to students in Grade 4. The role requires a creative and dynamic teaching approach to develop students communication skills and foster a love of language and literature. The teacher will also support students academic growth and contribute to their overall development in a nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver engaging and ageappropriate lesson plans in line with the school s curriculum.
- Teach a variety of English language skills including reading writing grammar spelling and vocabulary.
- Use interactive and varied teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management:
- Create a positive respectful and engaging classroom environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline while encouraging student participation.
- Foster a culture of respect cooperation and inclusivity in the classroom.

Student Development:
- Monitor and assess students progress regularly through assignments tests and class activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and assist with areas of improvement.
- Offer additional support to students who may require extra help with language skills.
- Encourage students to develop their creativity critical thinking and problemsolving abilities through language tasks.

Assessment and Reporting:
- Regularly assess and track students academic performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on students progress to parents/guardians.
- Maintain records of student performance attendance and behavior.

Collaborative Participation:
- Collaborate with other teachers administrators and staff to support the overall development of students.
- Participate in gradelevel meetings and schoolwide activities to enhance the educational experience.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development.

Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods trends and best practices in education.
- Attend school meetings workshops and training sessions to improve teaching skills.

Education: A Bachelor s degree in English Education or a related field.
ADEK Appointment letter.
Teaching diploma Licensed.
Experience: 13 years teaching experience (preferably in primary education) is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of English language teaching techniques grammar and literacy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a positive and supportive environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute lessons effectively.
- Patience creativity and a passion for teaching young learners.

Certifications (Preferred):
- Teaching certification (e.g. PGCE B.Ed.) is desirable.
- Additional certifications in education or English language teaching are a plus.
