Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills ensuring a seamless frontdesk experience for clients visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer screen and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
- Manage front desk operations including handling inquiries and directing visitors.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Receive sort and distribute mail packages and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments coordinating meetings and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
