Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on offplan property investments and purchasing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and developers.
- Stay informed about market trends project launches and investment potential.
- Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and expertise.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in real estate sales preferably in offplan investments.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Indepth knowledge of Dubais real estate market.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or a related field is preferred.
