Job Title: Legal Assistant / Admin

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized youngposh and detailoriented Female Legal Assistant / Admin to support the Legal Department in a fastpaced real estate environment for one of our Luxury Villa RealEsate in Dubai. The brief is fair simply as we wish for people just to be highly organized admin assistants that can work in a fastpaced document control environment. Highly proficient with Microsoft programs (Word Excel etc etc).This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in both the legal and real estate sectors.

Skills required:
  • The brief is fair simply as we wish for people just to be highly organized admin assistants that can work in a fastpaced document control environment. Highly proficient with Microsoft programs (Word Excel etc etc).
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel etc.) and thrive in a dynamic legal environment. The role requires effective time management multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive documents and information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the organization preparation and management of legal documents files and case materials.
  • Support the legal team with administrative duties including managing calendars scheduling meetings and preparing documents for clients courts and legal proceedings.
  • Perform document control tasks including reviewing sorting indexing and filing electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Maintain uptodate and accurate records for ongoing legal matters.
  • Draft and format legal documents correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ensure that all documents are processed reviewed and filed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate communication between clients attorneys and external parties.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage office supplies equipment and other administrative resources as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the legal team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant legal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in a legal or document control role is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
  • 3 4 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within the legal industry.
