We are looking for a parttime Trainer (Arabic speaker) with extensive experience in the retail sector to support an upcoming training program for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and experienced trainer to collaborate with industry experts and contribute to a highimpact learning experience.
About the Project:
As part of our Perky People training services we deliver customized programs designed to enhance employee performance and customer engagement in the retail sector. The upcoming program will focus on customer service and sales techniques and will be facilitated by our Lead Consultant Rhency Padilla.
Key Details:
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Duration: 2.5 days
- Session Length: 4 hours per batch
- Participants: Up to 7 per session

- Customer Engagement & Experience
- Sales Confidence & Selling Techniques
- Handling Challenges & Objections
- Teamwork & Motivation
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Cofacilitate training sessions alongside the Lead Consultant
- Assist with Arabic translation during the sessions
- Deliver key sections of the Customer Service & Selling Techniques modules in a retail context
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in training within the retail industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
- Flexibility and willingness to support various aspects of the training

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria: Should a degree holder of Architecture/ Planning & Design/ Applied Science / Civil Engineering Experience in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop Exposure to the latest building materials, building systems and interior trends through formal or informal training (on-the-job experience) Have a minimum 8 12 years of Interior / Retail Store / Building designing and Project Management experience, of which 4 years in a leading role retail projects / interior fit out / furniture/event, etc Knowledge of spaces, spatial layouts, relations, conceptual sketching, 3D modelling Knowledge of Architectural detailing, Construction Methodology and Civil work estimation Willing to work in Jebel Ali 3, Dubai Willing to work 6 times a week Fluent in Arabic and English To know other vacancies we have, please feel free to visit our website - Disclaimer: Please note that Black Pearl will never ask any of its candidates for any payment in any form in exchange of our service in helping candidates find a job.
