Job Title: Junior HR
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: AED 2000 per month (Base Salary)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Junior HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in HR operations recruitment employee engagement and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in human resources and gain handson experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for job vacancies.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing attendance tracking and leave management.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HR principles recruitment and employee management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR software or Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Previous internship or administrative experience in HR is preferred.
