Job Overview
AtkinsRalis is currently looking for highly experienced professional involved in the maintenance of assets. Candidate should have worked in a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer with proven track record of working in critical government infrastructure projects preferably in transportation projects. Prior experience working under a Project Management Consultant (PMC) setup to oversee the works of the Design & Build (D&B) contractors will be a clear plus as this is the current setup where the staff will work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major metro rail project ensuring the effective management of the assets. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans for the metro rail project.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all projectrelated equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of the metro rail systems.
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure maintenance considerations are integrated into the project design and construction phases.
- Manage and supervise maintenance teams providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules ensuring timely and efficient completion of all maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present maintenance reports and updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maintenance regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to project staff on maintenance best practices and procedures.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent with experience in Asset Maintenance
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 1012 years of experience in physical security engineering preferably in rail /metro or strategic government assets projects.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance for largescale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems technologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- UAE project experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to join quickly is preferred.
