Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Draft review and negotiate contracts with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms conditions and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance addressing any deviations or disputes promptly.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions on contractrelated matters to project teams.
- Develop and maintain contract documentation records and reports.
- Lead dispute resolution processes including mediation and arbitration when necessary.
Qualifications :
- A degree in any discipline (preferably law business or engineeringrelated fields).
- 1015 years of experience in managing construction contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of construction contracts legal frameworks and procurement practices.
- Proven experience with largescale projects in infrastructure or construction industries.
- Strong negotiation problemsolving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
