Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive instore and online traffic enhance brand visibility and increase customer retention. Promotions & Advertising: Plan and execute promotional activities including seasonal campaigns loyalty programs and discount offers to attract and retain customers. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts website content and online advertising to engage customers and boost digital presence. Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to tailor marketing strategies to customer needs and preferences. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Partnerships & Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors suppliers and media partners to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness. InStore Marketing & Merchandising: Work closely with the store operations and merchandising teams to enhance the shopping experience through effective visual merchandising and promotions. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing campaign performance analyze sales data and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement. Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage instore events product launches and community engagement activities to build customer loyalty.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
