Job Title: HR Officer
Reports To: Finance Manager
Working Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM to 6PM
Job Overview
The HR Officer will support the companys HR functions including recruitment employee relations training and compliance with UAE labor laws. A key part of the role involves processing employee visas and ensuring adherence to legal HR requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings conduct candidate interviews and oversee new employee orientation.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
- Government Compliance: Process employee visas and manage governmentrelated HR documentation ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Insurance & Vendor Coordination: Handle employee and property insurance as well as liaise with external service providers such as telecom companies.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records manage HR documentation and support general HR functions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills: Strong communication organizational and problemsolving abilities.
