We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our prestigious establishment specializing in Korean Cuisine in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daytoday restaurant operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead train and motivate a highperforming team.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Manage inventory budgeting and cost controls.
- Maintain compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams to develop innovative dining experiences.
- Foster a positive environment that supports teamwork and staff development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management within the respective cuisine specialty.
- Strong understanding of culinary trends and dining preferences for Korean
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
