الوصف الوظيفي
This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of architectural projects ensuring that they
are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will collaborate closely
with clients design teams contractors and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient architectural solutions.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The main duties of the Project Manager include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate the efforts of project teams including architects designers engineers and contractors.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules and task lists.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.
- Manage client expectations provide regular updates and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Facilitate meetings with clients stakeholders and internal teams to review project goals deliverables and progress.
- Ensure that architectural designs align with client needs budget constraints and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve design documents including drawings specifications and permits.
- Ensure adherence to building codes zoning laws and environmental standards.
- Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Develop monitor and control project budgets ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits.
- Track expenses and prepare regular financial reports.
- Ensure that all work complies with quality standards regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Lead motivate and manage project teams ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and support their professional development.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture and Project Management
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
Minimum of 57 years of experience in project management in an architectural or multidisciplinary design firm
Strong knowledge of architectural design processes building codes and construction techniques.
