Job Description:
- Responsible for liaising with all levels of customers regarding their queries on product quotes orders order status dispatch details and other request
- Responsible for providing customers with complete and accurate product specifications Liaise with workshop/store regarding the availability of stock Specifications quotations delivery Schedules etc.
- Responsible for checking specifications and quotes prior to order placement
- Provide internal assistance when needed with Accounts Receivables in the collection of outstanding invoices
- Responsible for preparing sales order report; Providing guidelines and training for improvising the customer service
- Develop and maintain effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the product/services of company
- Building long term relationship with key stakeholders gain industry knowledge through communication and research
- Arranging and participating in meetings with clients; Ensure client requests are responded on time with accuracy
- Coordinate with production to support and ensure completion of job on time
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned
- Follow safety & company policies
