Investor Relations Manager (Investment Holding Group) We are delighted to be working with a listed investments group in the UAE who are recruiting for an Investor Relations manager to join their team. They are a publicly listed diversified holding group and operate several listed subsidiaries. Debt Capital Markets experience is particularly important for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in building a IR strategy for the group Engaging with analysts and other external stakeholders
- Engaging with existing and future shareholders to understand investor perceptions Involvement in communication of earnings reports and annual releases
- Regular engagement with strategy and communication peers arranging investor days and events
Requirements:
- 10 years of total experience Must come from an IR role currently with a publicly listed entity
- An understanding of financial models and reports (a background in banking would be a plus)
- Must have an understanding of DCM (and ECM) Please apply with an updated CV
