- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors serving as their main contact for all salesrelated inquiries and support.
- Identify and connect with potential distributors conducting market research to evaluate suitability based on company standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies promotional materials and training resources for distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics distributor feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Organize regular sales meetings training sessions and product presentations to enhance distributor knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing timely delivery and resolution of distributorrelated issues.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports detailing distributor performance market conditions and potential growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and emerging market opportunities that may impact distributor relationships and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts and strengthen existing distributor relationships.
- This role also includes any additional duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manager as appropriate.
- Compliance with the companys Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems is essential alongside implementing best safety practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business administration sales or a relevant field.
