Accountabilities
(The accountabilities listed below should only be an indicative sample they are not meant to be exhaustive)
Develop conduct and deliver research reports and custom consulting projects in the telecom and tech domain.
Work in partnership with business team on shaping both quantitative and qualitative research programs to clearly address business questions.
Exploring and initiating new research tools and platforms for data analysis and presentation including Google analytics or Tableau
Gain market insights and perform competitive market analysis to create strategic product plans and roadmaps for future growth as part of consulting engagement with clients.
Managing a wide range of research programs like Customer satisfaction Brand health monitoring Market sizing Segmentation Usage & Awareness studies Concept testing Pricing analysis and other adhoc requests.
Relationship Management

Client(s)
Understanding clients telecom research needs and managing day to day interactions with clients for ongoing studies.
Internal
Customized research team members operations data analytics finance and any other department if required. External
Interviewers qualitative moderators Operations vendors etc.
Qualifications :
Scope
1. Having indepth understanding of the telecom industry.
2. Knowledge of the latest tech trends as well as evolution of the industry.
3. Research focus is primarily going to be consumer research in the telecom and tech domain.
4. Managing a USD 1 million client with multiple stakeholders.
5. Quantitative data analysis and usage of tools like MS excel ppt and others will be required for daytoday business.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Ability to understand all technical and delivery aspects of the research to carry out internal Nielsen and client based conversations.
2. Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation.
3. Experience in questionnaire creation and handling large sets of data for analysis
4. Excellent numerical skills
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Excellent presentation development skills coupled with strong presentation delivery skills Confident presenting skills to deliver insights stories and actions in face to face or group presentations
7. Displays creative problem solving skills in handling crisis.
8. Able to operate in a multicultural environment and handle multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
9. 2 years working experience in Market Research.
