We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician you will be responsible for the efficient operation maintenance and repair of electrical systems equipment and fixtures in our facilities.
- Install maintain and repair electrical systems including wiring circuit breakers and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operation of facilities
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing duties
- Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to junior electricians as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems utility services equipment and fixtures
- Familiarity with UAE electrical standards and regulations
- Experience with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends
