Senior Business Analyst Opportunity in Manufacturing Industry.
Location: Dubai UAE

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners working closely with the business units to gain indepth understanding of customers business processes services roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
- Review assigned business processes from endtoend to identify and address financial and technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Lead small to midsize projects and assist with larger projects managing project scope schedules resources and customer and supplier relationships.
- Identify create and facilitate process design changes ensuring data is reliable and valid and developing process improvements or reengineering.
- Provide leadership to team members and peers collaborating with others articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management peers and others and managing resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration Public Administration or a closely related field with coursework in business analysis and technical writing.
- At least two years of journey level professional information technology experience comparable to Business Systems Analyst II with State Bar.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with broad experience with PeopleSoft or ERP cloud systems implementations and migrating to cloud products.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or Workday ERP is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL Microsoft Excel and other related software.
