Job Title:
Brand Executive
Job Location: Dubai Department: Retail Ops
Grade: Reports To: Business Head
Job Description

Position Summary/Job Purpose:

The Brand Executive will support the implementation of marketing and branding strategies. This role
involves collaborating with various teams to execute promotional campaigns manage brand assets and
ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and activities. Additionally the Brand Executive
will be responsible for maintaining essential marketing databases and generating reports that contribute
to strategic decisionmaking.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Implementation:
Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and
market penetration.
Support the management of brand positioning and identity ensuring consistency across all
marketing and communication channels.

Campaign Management:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
and services.

Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to gather insights on current trends customer behaviors and
competitor activities.
Analyze market data to support decisionmaking and strategy adjustments.
Assist in the creation of marketing content for various platforms including digital print and
social media.
Exp: 23 yrs

Salary: 6000 AED
Looking candidates from UAE location.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand s voice and regulatory standards.

Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of brand events trade shows and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics manage event schedules and liaise with suppliers and partners.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams including sales product development and customer service to
ensure brand consistency and meet crossfunctional needs.
Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support branding efforts.

Brand Assets Management:
Manage the inventory of branding materials such as brochures sales kits and promotional
items.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all external communications and materials.

Documentation & Reporting:
Provides support by composing and/or editing the required documents.
Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate and accessible data.
Generate regular reports to inform strategy and operational adjustments.
Employment Standards

Education

Minimum Qualification required:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.

Experience:
2 3 years in Luxury Fashion and Accessories Buying.

Required Knowledge Skills Abilities and Attributes:
Experience in Developing and implementing successful branding strategies.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a creative mind.
Expertise in graphic design software and digital marketing tools.

Data driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skill.
Planning skills.
Full understanding with MS Office application.
